• Technical data: IP address, device information, and essential cookies required for the website's security and functionality (provided by Wix).

• Inquiry data: Information provided through our contact forms (name, email, and your specific question).

• Newsletter data: Email address and subscription metadata (time and confirmation via double opt-in).

• Zoom (video calls). If you book a consultation that takes place via Zoom, meeting-related data is processed by Zoom to provide the video conferencing service. 

• We may also use email and calendar tools to manage appointments and follow-ups.

Our service providers (including Wix and Zoom) may process or store data outside Switzerland and the EEA/UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as contractual data protection commitments (e.g., data processing agreements and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses) and other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
