GETTING STARTED
What exactly is a digital twin? An interactive version of a real person. It speaks in their voice, thinks the way they think, and shares their knowledge and guidance. You can have real conversations with it, ask questions and get answers that sound and feel like the original person.
How do I create my digital twin? It starts with conversation. Our app guides you through sessions about your life, your values, and how you make decisions. No technical knowledge needed, just talk and we handle the rest.
How long does the process take? The biography sessions take 10–20 hours depending on the use case. Our team then spends roughly 100 hours curating and building the twin. Start to finish: three to six months.
Do I need to be tech-savvy? Not at all. If you can have a conversation, you can create your digital twin. Our app is designed to be simple and intuitive. And our team is there to guide you through every step.
THE TECHNOLOGY
How does the twin know what to say?
It draws from everything shared during the biography sessions. When someone asks a question, it searches your knowledge, values, and experiences. It doesn't make things up.
Will it say things I would never say? We built multiple safeguards to ensure every answer matches your values, is grounded in real experience, and actually sounds like you.
What is the difference between Veya Voice and Eidos Persona? Veya Voice is for everyday conversation, like a phone call. Eidos Persona is a lifelike 3D avatar, like being in the same room.
Is this artificial intelligence? Yes, but not the kind you're used to. Most AI generates generic responses. Our Identity Engine models how a person thinks, not just what they say. The result feels authentic because it's grounded in a real person.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Who has access to my digital twin? Only the people you choose. You decide who can interact with your twin, whether that's team members, family, or a broader group. You stay in control.
Where is my data stored? Switzerland. All data is stored under Swiss data protection law, one of the strictest in the world. We never sell, share, or use your data to train AI models. Your data stays yours.
How seriously do you take security? Very. We're a Swiss-engineered product built on privacy by design. Your data is encrypted, never shared with third parties, and never used for model training. We don't cut corners on trust.
What happens to my twin after I pass away? Your twin continues according to your wishes. You can set instructions for who inherits access and how your twin should be managed. We designed this for longevity.
Can I delete my data? Yes, at any time. Full control, complete deletion, no questions asked.
PROCESS
How does the process work? We start by understanding your goal. Then you share your knowledge in guided sessions with our team or through our app. We build your digital twin, you experience it, and we refine together until it feels right. Then it goes live.
Can I try it before committing? Of course, just book a pilot call with us. We'll show you how the technology works and answer all your questions. No commitment required.
Can my twin speak different languages? Yes. Your digital twin speaks in your own voice and preserves your unique accent. It can also communicate in multiple languages, allowing future generations to connect with you in their native tongue while still hearing you.
